The course content is delivered in small bite size chunks which were easily to follow. Comprehensive and relevant for my role dealing with bulky and often heavy passenger role. Thank you

Does time out and if you have to log in again, need to watch the video from start. Would not let me just go to the section I needed or jump ahead if I had watched already.
