Lots of explanations accompanied by very clear and simple videos that are easy to follow. The person who delivers the course speaks really clearly and therefore easy to understand. Handy that the course reiterates how 'manual handling' is not only in the workplace but relates to every day tasks at home or out and about (people tend to forget that). Thank you.
