Nothing new to me.

I wasn't paying much attention to this 'course' but still got 90%. It did remind me of some of the dangerous manual lifting activities that I've been required to do. I once even asked for a trolley to help move large (100kg?) gas cylinders but was told to just use a fireman's lift technique. Ho-hum. What's a paragrah_?

Very Informative

This should help me with all my daily lifting tasks and prevent injury.

Simple and to the point

The training course was succinct enough to retain the information provided. I found it easy to follow and understand

I was confused by one of the test questions…

I was confused by one of the test questions – re bad habits result in injury, true or false. I had ticked false as had understood the guide to say that good habits though helping reduce injury, injury can still occasionally occur. Only by not manual handling can injury be totally avoided, making 'bad habits' to some degree 'true', but not enough to enter the answer as 'false'?

Very good.

Very straight forward.

It covers all the basic manual handling tasks

short but covers all manual handling tasks, activities and awareness

perfect size to learn
