I have very good time doing my training, lot of reading and watching video and test.
In the pass I have been done training with the others a company, not new; but never done in online I am old fashion Tomorrow will continue test.

Informative, easy to follow, and very useful
The course is easy to follow, and gave good directions on how to move loads with care. I learned the mechanics of my body, and how to judge a load's weight, then lift and transport it in a safe way. It link to resources that you can print out as visual reminders. Altogether it's very useful, with techniques you can put into practice in and out of work.
