Prior learning
You need to allow for people to maybe be credited for prior learning as I learnt a lot of this as part my degree. Simple to follow though
Easy to use, self explanatory.
The manual handling training was quick, easy and very simple to use. I love that you have the option to retake your test till you are happy with your result and built up enough knowledge about handling items. There's more to it than you think.
