It was informative and an easy watch.
The training was clear and easy watched. The illustrations were very good and well structured.
Simple and effective
It is important that all employees are aware of how important it is to have a correct posture. In the time we spend at our desk and in carrying a load if necessary. I think this course gives an excellent and simple representation of what is right to do in these circumstances.
