We forget how many times a day we carry out manual handling so having this refresher course was really useful and a good reminder of good practice. I found the course informative and easy to follow.

Informative and easy to understand
The programme is composed of short sections which are easy to recall for practical application and is presented in an informal manner which helps the viewer grasp the basic principles. A very good way of relaying a topic which can be under valued by the majority of people.
