Very good and interactive.
The course gave a good insight into how the body works and how to look after the body when it comes to handling loads.

Was okay, just a test
Being as I've worked in offices over the last 22 + years, this is the same old tests I have had every time I've started new job so to me a lot of it is the same old things I've heard or done before with safety officers etc. Also do find parts of it a bit like trying to teach children not adults may need to be tweak a bit. So they don't speak to you like you are complete idiots other that that no comment
