amazing practise for a better lifestyle and increase in our daily productivity
Good course content, delivered well.
Overall course was good with some very useful graphics which could be downloaded for future reference. However the example lifts carried out by the demonstrators were poor as no one was wearing safety footwear or gloves which in most organisation's would be a minimum requirement for any Manual Handling task.
