Too long
I found this extremely obvious and sometimes quite patronising with 35 minutes to describe how to lift a box safely. Other than that very informative.
Very helpful
Before I took this course, I never knew the slightest thing about manual handling. But after completing the test, I learnt a lot from this helpful training video.

Clear, simple and informative
My manual handling course was easy to follow, full of easy to digest information and I had no problem navigating it whatsoever.
