Okay, video's require tweaking
Although mentioned, there was no video example of someone going round obstructions or moving obstructions before moving a load. Anybody can do a LITE exercise on a plain clear floor. Also, personally on a safety video I would find it more appropriate for the lady using the sack barrow to be wearing some kind of safety footwear. Other than that, does what it says on the tin.

This is the 1st manual handling course that I have done which emphasised the importance for me & my welfare rather than just how & how not to do things.
