This actually teaches you what you need to know in a perfect way. Short, informational but most of all easy to retain the information being taught. This course is a must watch even if your not a beginner because its teaches you things that you don't even know. Great knowledge, safety importance and refreshing you on the things you might of forgot. 5 *
