Done in great detail
Everything was explained in great detail and examples shown
At least one omission and one error
No mention of centering yourself over a load. Easier to do that than pull a load towards you. I would not advise pushing a load sackbarrow if you can avoid it. Sackbarrows generally have small wheels that will jam easily in the slightest bump or crack. Better and safer to pull the load if possible.
