Succinct, informative & brief
Goes over all you need to know with a quiz at the end to test your knowledge. A good amount of information so that is not overwhelming, going over the key points with optional downloads that go into more detail should you wish to learn more.
Not fully informative
Overall, well put together and informative, but I think it could have been improved. The actors in the video's seemed too "robotic" and the situations they were in could have been more 'real world situations', show lifting different sizes and how to lift an uneven load. I don't think that there was enough to show the bad/downside to lifting incorrectly. It wasn't anything i hadn't done in the past, but was good to have a refresher on what to do, and not do.
