Great to do in comfort of my home rather than a class room
It would have been better if they had thought about tidying up the yard instead of worrying about the inscription.

Comprehensive and well paced
This training was comprehensive regarding the risks involved in all manner of daily activities and the best practice to be followed. I particularly welcomed the encouragement to 'ask for help' and distinction between how much can I lift and can I safely lift this right now?
