GOOD TO REFRESH
Gives everyone the info needed.
A good training guide especially for a starter, but feel staff who have completed this a year earlier and need to redo every year should have the option to skip the videos (just mandatory to watch any updated info) and go straight to the test. Obviously if they fail then they will need to complete the course from scratch.
