Very detailed and informative course
This course gave detailed insights to the importance of good manual handling techniques. The “LITE” assessment technique explained in this course is an excellent way to focused when carrying out manual handling tasks in your working day, which in turn will ensure you apply good practices and stay safe.

Only partially applies to me.
The course didn’t show any lifting of light/heavy items , consisting of furniture, up and downstairs. This is the type of work we do and impossible to lift as shown.
