Worthwhile Course
This course was hugely helpful. It reminded me of how much our spine and surrounding muscles etc are put through on a daily basis. The two presenters in the videos were very clear communicators that continued to hold my attention throughout the duration of the course. Not boring at all.

Speed up/ Skip Video Options
very tedious process, would be great to have an option to watch the videos in 2x speed or even be able to skip past the videos.

Useful in all situations, not just work related. Needs a course like this to remind oneself again of the importance of looking after one's back!
