A good course particularly for the older generation where this has been a somewhat closed subject.
A useful, easy to access course.
The course was well set out with easy to access additional links to resources. Each section of the course was meaningful, understandable and acted as a refresher to remind staff of who to speak to for support and a gentle reminder to line managers of how to support their staff, where to go for additional information themselves and the correct approach.
