Good content
As always the content is of good quality. However, I find this method a very lonely way of learning or 'training'. It doesn't offer the opportunity to discuss things, offer other insight or suggest other ideas. Because of the test at the end it often feels like a memory exercise and I wonder how much of it really stays with the delegate.
Great introductory course
It was a good introduction to understand what the menopause is, how it can affect people and what companies can do to manage the situation compassionately.
Excellent presentation, pace of delivery
The content was easy to absorb and informative. It was reassuringly straightforward with a calm presentation from an approachable presenter. It has given me great encouragement to share with other managers and staff/volunteers. It is a sound basis to explore more information and to help develop a Policy for the organisation.

I really learnt a lot from this course. The structure is brilliant, and very easy to follow. I tend to struggle to concentrate when overloaded with information, but the short, relevant and to the point sections were perfect to keep me focused and engaged. I would love to take more courses.
