Eye opening

Full of information and help if I ever find myself struggling with my mental health, I know I have and will be supported through tops :)

very informative and enjoyable course

I really enjoyed this course and thought it was helpful with the right about of information without being too much, or too overwhelming. It gave some good tips, and even if you do feel your mental health is okay, it is good to think about it, and to take a few minutes to think about yourself and how you are feeling. I feel there is still such a stigma attached to mental health, however, courses like this help to address this issue.

I was assigned both this course AND "Mental Health Awareness Training" and both courses are pretty much identical. I feel like I've wasted 40 minutes sat at my computer staring at my screen… which, ironically, isn't good for mental health. I understand it's down to the person who assigns me the course but this is my review. Also, in my opinion, “go into the gym once and come out with a six pack” All that aside it's a really informative and useful course.
