Very comprehensive with additional information to look at. Great that there is the opportunity to download some documents and there are many practical tips to support oneself and others. It would be useful to be able to go back and refer to some aspects in the future, though it is possible to do this for seven days.

A very indepth course, very interesting.

really great videos giving lots of info.

Mental health affects everyone at different levels. There's no need to feel judged and it's not a weakness. There are positive steps to take to feel well that anyone can use to move out of stress really quickly. I especially felt relaxed with just a few seconds of the breathing tool.

Poor

I did not find this at all helpful or informative. There was nothing new or informative. Very much 'stating the obvious' and at times 'patronising'. Very disappointing.

The course was very good. Keeping up to date with the mental health issues. Was done and explained well. Good you could go back and watch slides and also more information to log on if needed.Very helpful. Reminded me to get rid of negatives thoughts and think more positive which can be hard at times.
