A very interesting overview.

Although I already knew some of the information presented in the course, I still found it informative and helpful. I have struggled in one or two areas myself and the way the information was presented made me feel that I should not feel as embarrassed and inferior as I do. The course also made me think that I should look out for the mental health of those around me, particularly my family.

Simple and straight forward Information

Enjoyed the course, clear and effective, short videos, easy to follow, well presented.

Very relevant and practical course.

I found the method of delivery to be very simple but practical. The course is also laid down in a coherent manner thereby making it effective in delivering to the audience. The assessment part was too easy as l felt it was more of recalling without putting in challenging scenarios for people to also apply what they have learnt. Otherwise the training is 5 start material.

Really interesting course

This course did make me think about myself, family and colleagues and signs to look out for to help both myself and others. Thank you

The Mental Health Awareness was useful

The Mental Health Awareness course was very useful and interesting for me to understand all the different methods on how to deal with it. I really enjoyed it

Great

I think that it is important to talk about mental health and courses like this will help people to have a better understanding of this invisible disease. The course it is very well structured and accessible to everyone in terms of language used and explanation from the presenters. However, I think that the questionnaire at the end can be made a little more challenging, but overall very well done.
