Good course and links

Shows how to help others and yourself. Sometimes we don't realise how we are and think we don't suffer with mental health but then some parts of the course you feel you can relate to.

good information to have knowledge in this area of well being

The materials including additions and presentation was top notch, simple and well delivered by the facilitators, "for each £1 spent on the wellbeing of employees a return of £4.20 is made" this is a stand-out quote for me.

An important course for all Managers! It raises awareness of how to look after yourself and your staff.

An important course for all Managers!

Rather than watching all of the "Mental Health Awareness" course content for the "Mental Health Awareness for Management" again maybe there should be just the management section and any extra or detailed information for management.

As above.

A very useful and practical course. It gave me a better understanding of mental health issues and more confidence in supporting staff appropriately

The Mental Health Awareness Training for Managers course was very useful, clear and practical. It gave a good overview of common mental health issues in the workplace and helped build confidence in recognising early signs that someone may be struggling. I also found it helpful in showing how managers can have supportive conversations in an appropriate and constructive way.

It was good but would like more detail to help team

We have had our Managers and First Aiders complete the Mental Health for First Aiders Level 2 practical course and wanted to have something similar as an online refresher for them. I chose this for Managers to see if it covered in enough detail the element of recognising signs in their team and how to assist them and take action where it was appropriate. I am not sure that this gives enough detail to cover that element, although the course was great in relation to their own perspective.
