Useful

I am fortunate to be pretty au fait with most of the content from the course, but it is a simple no nonsense run through of a number of helpful tips around Mental Health and Well-being that reinforced my existing knowledge.

informative

This is a Small introduction into this subject

Repetition

Introduction, modules 1 to 3 are a repeat of the Mental Health Awareness course and offered nothing new or meaningful only the module on Management Responsibilities proved useful.

Very helpful points going forward

Got a lot of help from this course, this will help me going forward dealing with situations that approach me. This will also help myself.

Very interesting and Eye opening.

Thank you, I have become far more aware since completing this. And I can see this is going to be very useful for myself, in the future in supporting fellow Co workers, family & friends.

Well presented and easy to learn

Very Repetitive.

This course should not be taken straight after the awareness course, basically its the same course all the ay to slide 29, if taking both sessions then there should be a gap of at least 2/3 weeks to derive the full benefit. Good content but too repetitive when taking the awareness course yesterday. Thanks
