Good, this is something i can relate to.
I have a sister who suffers with Bipolar & Schizophrenia disorder, so for me personally I found this course very good, and I could relate to the warning signs.
Course is very informative
Course should be rolled out to all staff – would help all staff get an understanding of the issues
Raises a current issue
Mental health awareness is the key to happy and loyal staff, and also to productivity. One person suffering can affect office morale, the course talks through the various possible scenarios and causes as well as techniques to try help spot the problem or deal with the problem
Really good course – easy to digest
I really enjoyed the course. I was able to digest the information alongside making notes, then felt confident for the test at the end. I would recommend this for all managers.
Useful and informative
It was useful exercise and re enforces some of the good things i believe i do as a manager, spending time to think whether somebody may be struggling with their mental health also raises your awareness to their issues and potential problems.
