Not too bad

I wish some of my managers would also be trained on this subject as well

Fabulous

too slow, probably due to my background

As a former mental health nurse parts basic but for managers without that background it was probably about right. It was stated nervous breakdown was a mental illness – its not its a term often used to describe a stressful situation where life has become too demanding

very informative

very interestig

Excellent concise course

without dismissing in the slightest the importance of mental health, the course was very much a common sense view of how individuals and management within an organisation should behave

Too simplistic to be of any added value

Aimed at managerial level, this course was too simplistic and the test in many places was ridiculously elementary. Better would have been to give a number of scenarios, role play or other demonstration as to how to recognize early onset of mental health issues amongst employees and methods of intervention by managers.

Covers the main aspects of Mental Health

Gives good advice about how to look after yourself as well as colleagues, but a bit repetitive in places and a lot of overlap with the Stress awareness course.

Excellent course very easy to follow

Really good course for anyone new into management, I have always believed in the open door policy. One thing that some managers forget is that when a member of staff such as a driver needs to see you it maybe in their break time, if you cant see them then for any reason arrange a convenient time for that conversation, don't just say you are too busy. Just my thoughts !!

The training was explained very well.

Very informative and easy to go through.

Clear and straight forward
