A very enlightening course which highlights the importance of mental health both within the workplace and at home, I'll definitely be able to use the tools provided.
Some good content but a bit basic.
There is some good content in the course for staff but its a but basic for managers with lot of it is a bit obvious. Not enough practical advice for managers. Feels like an adapted awareness course.
