Great overlook

It structures the mental health issues very well and it helps to put names to problems that we see in the people in our team. The emphasis on communication is one of the important learning of this course.

Time consuming

Quite informative but took an hour of my work day which I don't really have spare.

Clear and relatable examples

Speakers were both good; clear and concise. Material was relevant to what we need and made it easy to think about real life examples.

really easy to understand & follow

Seemless

Very interesting subject and put across very well by the presenters I liked the short sessions with not too much talking then you could decide when to start the next one

Very interesting

I liked the small short videos, which meant that you could do some of the course and return at a convenient time. Some of it was very thought provoking and I liked the additional resources too

Very easy to understand and got the poin

Good summary of issues and solutions

The course was useful in many ways- a good overview of different mental health issues, impacts on and solutions for the workplace. I felt the diet section didn't tell me anything new and some of it is slightly out of date (you don't have to drink 6-8 glasses of water a day on top of liquid you are getting from other drinks, but you should think about prioritising drinking water over juices, fizzy drinks and caffeinated drinks)

Straight-forward, easy to understand

The course provided a good introduction to mental health, focusing on the definitions and causes of mental health problems, the actions that can form part of a personal wellbeing toolkit, and things that managers/an organisation can do to make a difference to the wellbeing of people in an organisation.

Easy to follow
