Some good points but a little disjointed
Good topic and some very good points. However I found the course a little disjointed. In my view it would have been better if it was split in 2 sections – first personal mental health and mental health awareness and responsibilities for managers. I also did not like the cartoons, which risked trivialising the issue.
Easy to watch and listen to.
Very informative, lots of external advice available and gives some really thought provoking ideas.
One of the answers was wrong
In regard to the question which said you should raise any concerns in an appraisal I personally think that to wait until you could talk to the member of staff in a formal setting would be waiting to long to offer help and assistance.

Good but too long
The content was good, but the course was far too long. It repeated the same points over and over again.
All a bit obvious
Not very engaging, somewhat patronising. I lost interest in the course mid-way and only came back to finish it 3 weeks later because I had to.
I actually got something out of this
A lot of what is discussed feels like common sense until you ask yourself do I apply the guidance to myself. Thought provoking.
Very clear and easy to follow course
Nice style. Explanations clear and nicely summarised per section
