Videos make it engaging
For me as a Wellbeing champion the content was a good refresher. I think it is something that all managers should ensure they do , to maintain awareness of potential triggers, how to support staff and when to seek help for others or themselves. The videos made it easier to digest than the usual courses where you do lots of reading.

Liked the video's makes a change from reading masses of text.
Useful overview
Good suggestions on how to implement the suggestions – think an AO version would be useful – liked that there was more listening in this than the usual e-learning courses which tend to be more focused on reading.
Helpful, Informative, Supportive
Great course which highlights the benefits of talking about Mental Health, the support available and signs to look out for.
Very useful
I found the bitesize sections and videos a really clear and engaging way to deliver this training. It reinforced some knowledge I already had and I also learned or found out more information. After the course I went back and explored the additional resource material, which I found both helpful and interesting. I would say that although this course is aimed at managers, it is useful for individuals who are not managers. Thank you.
