Good course but didn't tackle causes
As with all the courses of this nature, they don't deal with tackling root cause but really only with developing coping mechanisms. Mental Health is a symptom of a problem not a cause and should be dealt with as such. Management cultures that ultimately are the root cause of mental health issues should be dealt with equally.
real life examples, positive
Very interesting and good to know.
Very good presentation
A good informative programme that I'm sure will remove many taboos when dealing with a person who shows symptoms of, or informs management of issues that affect a person's work place performance and behaviour.
Excellent
Extremely Helpful to all members of staff, shows people there is support out there if you are struggling. Helps make the subject more approachable for managers too. Probably the most enjoyable and course I got most out of. 5 stars

Patronising
I felt the course was very patronising. It’s hard enough to stay focused on an hours training without feeling like you’re been spoken to like a child
Informative and easy to follow
This hour long course was informative, easy to follow and provided an overview of mental health, what to look for and what you can do however, going into more depth about having those challenging conversations with a colleague/friend/family member that is suffering would be really beneficial and helpful. i.e. some role plays
Very useful and thought-provoking
It's always a positive thing to be made aware that problems you may be experiencing yourself are not sonly applicable to yourself and can be addresses and resolved through interaction with others who may be experiencing the same feelings
It was good but quite simplistic
The extra resources are useful
The course is very informative.
I believe the training covered the once sensitive subject very well.
