A helpful, practical and concise course

This is a very helpful introductory course on mental health at work. It includes practical steps that both staff and managers can take (a) proactively to help their own mental health and (b) to identify and address problems early so they can be managed and overcome.

Very helpful

I thought this was a really good course as it focused on you as a person with management responsibilities at the end. It gave good advice and ways to help with mental health which could be incorporated into every day life. I think this would be a good course for all staff in APHA whether in a management role or not.

Benifitial course

Much of the course was as I would expect. However there were a few good ideas. I have heard about action plans in the past but this made me think about how I could introduce something for my team and indeed if there is something we could do collectively that is light touch in Scotland.

Very informative, easy to follow
