Great course for managing mental health
Very good course, distinctions between stress and mental health. The managers role is so crucial in spotting the signs and early interventions.
this was a really informative course
Having already a background knowledge of Mental Health i found this course confirmed and re-assured my knowledge.
Clear and concise

Really enjoyed and summed up well.
Mental health awareness is a big part of my life anyway so whilst I didn't learn anything new, it was informative. The only thing I would say is that the nutrition part needs reviewing. Labeling food as good and bad isn't good practice for mental health – especially for those with eating disorders. Also telling people to avoid gluten if even if they're not allergic isn't good. The food part of this course definitely needs reviewing.
Good structured learning approach
The course was well presented in informative, easy to understand, "bite size" pieces which enabling learning at my own pace. As a manager I am now much better informed and confident in how to support wellbeing in my team.
great info big help
big help in understanding mental health issues one of the best videos we have being given
Important focus, good fit in Corona time
A bit too long to fulfil in busy daily life. When did I have 50 minutes for technical/roadmap/project planning stuff that is challenging us every day and which also requires focus for a longer time? These time slots to reflect and learn don´t exist in daily life. Better brake training sessions requiring 50 minutes into shorter sessions. 50 minutes scares people. I have had countless training sessions in earlier jobs that I have to restart when not completing in one go, so 50 minutes scares me to start when I don´t feel I have the time for such a training. The content is good and it should be covering most of what it does, but as shorter training programs.
Excellent Training Course
Found this by far the most interesting training course I think everyone in the company should do this
