Great introduction to mindfulness

This course gives a good overview of mindfulness and some good practices for how it can be incorporated into everyday life.

Good for the basics

This is good for the basics however I worry employers will have high expectations from this course that can't be delivered.

I have been practicing it for years and works 🙂 I am calm and peaceful. My complete life changed for better. :D
