Today is a gift, that's why it's the present.

This course was really good for me to sit back, relax and clear my mind before the start of a working day. It really has cleared all stress and I feel calmer. Really good course, I would recommend this course to be shared more in a work place, even when you're in the office or working at home. It helps bring you back and to relax. Thank you

Beneficial, useful and necessary

It's a great reminder for those who practice mindfulness and for those who aren't practicing /aware of mindfulness it gives them.the knowledge and practices to be in the moment of mindfulness.

i missed some more "training" on Integrating mindfulness into your daily life: Recognizing automatic patterns, Exploring thoughts, and how to avoid the automatic reacting

Useful Introduction to Mindfulness

Although I study Philosophy and practice meditation, I enjoyed this short course in mindfulness which I feel would benefit a great deal of people either at work or in their personal lives.
