Short, concise and insightful
I took 10 minutes out of my day to take this short course. A lovely way to be reminded of the benefits of mindfulness and be given some useful techniques to practise it. The training was delivered in an engaging way with real life examples bought to life well. I particularly like the summary statement at the end.

This course was really good for me to sit back, relax and clear my mind before the start of a working day. It really has cleared all stress and I feel calmer. Really good course, I would recommend this course to be shared more in a work place, even when you're in the office or working at home. It helps bring you back and to relax. Thank you

It's a great reminder for those who practice mindfulness and for those who aren't practicing /aware of mindfulness it gives them.the knowledge and practices to be in the moment of mindfulness.
