Very informative & insightful
Information that relates to working environment but also interesting in a general capacity. The delivery was clear & pleasantly delivered. Useful that delivery was sectioned – if needed to pause easy to go back to.
Good direct to the point course
I think the course was just long enough and the questions were all relevant to what I was shown. Learnt a few things I never knew.

I am deaf in both ears, would like to see more awareness on how deafness affects you in daily life. for eg, crossing a road with lots of other noise around.
