learnt new things about the ear
the information and explaining of how the inside of the ear works was all new to me they say you learn something new every day

Made me aware and take notice of the hazards explained in full detail.
Sound has a delay.

too much information, not user-friendly
I find that iHasco training videos are not at all user friendly, due to the need to constantly click onto the next slide & click play on each one etc. Also some of the courses include much more information than necessary – information overload!

Good course, it did the job.
It was interesting and got the message over. I wouldn't change much. It would be more engaging and credible though if it was presented by an 'expert' rather than an actress but despite that it worked well. I'd recommend the course.
