Why every year
Most courses last 3 -5 years and hygiene courses never run out it’s just recommended to refresh every so often
Long but interesting
In depth course that covers all areas of the food industry and the legal requirements. However, it is long and should be completed in bitesized chunks – suggest over 2-3 days as this allows more information to be absorbed.
