Good and easy to follow
Just up dating my level 3 this is the 4th one I have done over the years I found it easy to comprehend and enjoyed re visiting the section in good nice bite size pieces
Obvious information that i was not aware
Its a very useful knowledge in the industry and my self awareness is highlighted. I am very pleased with the thorough explanations and direction.
Very detailed and helpful
I have learned soo much in this module and video explanation on various areas of food handling process. It has given me more understanding and proper knowledge in the food and beverage industries. It also covers from preparation to serving protocols and procedures. It definitely giving more confidence in handling my new job.
A Nice course to do
Enjoyed the course was in easy chunks and the fact they tell to take a break is very good as concentration can slip a bit doing any course, enjoyed it
Generally great one issue
One of the questions had a grammatical error in it. A slight slip from the usual high standard at iHasco: "refresher training is vital for all staff, no matter how long they have been in the industry and no matter senior they are." I think you need the word "how" before "senior"
