Clear, accurate and well structured
A well structured and in depth course covering all aspects of food safety. Suitable for all catering and food production supervisors as well as Food and Catering educators. Learning is supported though use of excellent visuals and transcripts. Pace of each section is good, with options for breaks as completing. Super additional information resources, which are downloadable.

This course is well structured and easy to follow. All aspects were well covered and explained in detail. You can do it in short or long sessions each time you log on and i found this really useful. Definitely recommend it to other trainees.
