Seemed to cover all important elements. Reasonable level of detail for a good understanding
at least the mute button works
nothing new, done this so many times over the years. Why not just start with the questions? Then when we've answered them we don't need to waste time on a dull video

Guidance is given on when a risk assessment is necessary, and the appropriate action to take. The information is clearly communicated in an accessible format.
