While I could pause the video, it was not possible to replay by say 10 seconds. This was a major problem. Attempts to replay started things from the beginning. The speaker was very clear but the speed was constant. Easy to understand areas were suitable fast but so too were the more complex concepts which I wished to replay to allow thinking time. A few working examples would have been good to see rather than just the theory of what to do. Showing a form being completed rather than pretty pictures of workplace situations or people sitting round a table would have supported the teaching more positively. How about a video of two people assessing a situation and discussing the things to be identified and how to record them. Some of the legal points explained were very useful. Hope this helps – sorry if it comes over negative but I'm trying to explain how to make it more helpful, should update the video. (retired teacher :-)
