Fit for purpose
Good content & well presented – clear & easy to understand.
Not so much a criticism of this, but.
The initial "24 hour" or "Three clicks" still does not work. I have had to request access each time for all four courses taken today. But also, being asked to sit the Health & Safety Basics & Essentials". ALL 55 elements. Only to have to sit through items covered within the previous "Fire", "Manual handling" & "Risk assessment"courses already passed. Was a bit much. Even some of the test questions were repeated. In short and at this level, I think that the one Health & Safety Basics & Essentials" should be enough.
Enjoyed the session
Enjoyed undertaking the eLearning training as it made you think alot about risk assessments.
Not suitable
Seems the course is aimed at Management and not really useful for Administrative Assistants. Do not see the relevance of having to complete this course.
