Insightful and Useful!
Although not everything applied to me, due to the workplace, it was useful to be aware of what is involved in different parts of school. I think it is also useful to be able to understand risk assessments when presented with them to discuss.

Don't slow the student down
Forcing everyone to watch all the videos is a really bad structure. Those of us that prefer to read the scripts – if we need the information – don't learn any better. We just start ignoring them and waiting for the button to go green. Put the test in the programme twice – before to see if the course is needed, and after if it is failed first time.
No nonsense with efficient delivery
The presentation was clear and decisive and delivered in a logical, practical way.
