It was an interesting learning but a bit too lengthy and complicating in few places with some repetition which made it a bit difficult while answering the questions. Overall a good learning.

An excellent piece of training that should be undertaken by all staff under the current crisis situation. Everyone should have a knowledge of how this works and how they can contribute. Especially useful for leaders and managers and those aspiring to be so.
