Some answers SEEMED to contradict some things said in the instruction section. Questions sometimes seemed to be asking for particular phrases/language more than an answer which would be fine in real conversation. Took me two full goes at this, during which I felt my actual understanding was fine all along. A simple PDF download of a risk assessment form would have been a simple/quick thing I could have directly applied in my office whilst the subject was front of mind ‚Äî wheras I definitely did not feel I had the time to "sign up fro a free account" in order to apply the lessons learned…
