Quite difficult
I found this quite difficult as a lot of the content included things we don't deal with on a daily basis being lunchtime supervisors

Absolute nightmare,phone didn't work ,course kept going back to first question (8 times , had problems with trying to get too new site , wouldn't accept my password or ,mannys, so much for an 40 mins course have been trying since last week , probably about 8 hours spent on it
