Comprehensive and understandable. Really good slides and with an opportunity to go over anything which you would like to for corroboration. The questions at the end of training help ensure that information has sunk in.

hits the mark
recommend one change, regarding the cost balance the HSE will not accept if you don't have the funds available, they would expect a company to take a loan for reasonable cost items to make improvements etc.
