The training is brilliant
Good information
As a volunteer working 4-5 hours per week in retail l found this too much detail e.g Care Plans something l would never be required to do as a volunteer. However on a personal note the information was interesting albeit at a level above what is required for my volunteer role.
Very detailed and comprehensive course
A lot of information to take on board in one go. However a very useful overview of safe guarding which will be in the back of my mind the next time I am doing one of our canal boat trips with a group of passengers. Also the area of the way we should treat all members of the Trust.

This course covers the principles and practice of safeguarding as they apply in various circumstances using practical scenarios.
Very good training which covers all the key areas
Very comprehensive training my only thought was that the presenters were not reflective of the diverse community in Hounslow

Fantastic course – easy to follow and understand
I've done similar safeguarding courses for other roles, and this has to be far the best one that I've done. It was easy to follow, easy to understand, simple to pause and come back to, and made more interesting with animation style videos at various points. I especially liked the mid-point questions to ensure I'd understood each section.
