by its very nature, the course is what I could largely call common sense, but it was good to be reminded! I spent most of my working life in a caring profession
This was a comprehensive and helpful course and I learnt a lot.
As a Kindness caller, I don't see the person so knowledge of abuse would only come from the person choosing to tell me and I would then be able to follow the very helpful guidance. It was very thorough and increased my knowledge.
This is a very interesting course everyone should study

Well paced
Given the subject that is being covered the training provided a well paced and easy to follow format. It allowed you to go back and repeat areas you might have been unsure of as well as testing you had taken in key points.
