I’ve Worked for nhs over 30 years as a dietitian but am also A health and safety trainer ( violence and aggression conflict management and hand washing ) trainer for 18 years . This training was completed because I freelance for maggies cancer centres . It was Really excellent ( 4th year I’ve done it with your company now ) and loved the new format , mix of presenters and clear assessment at end . Was really good online training package Not overloaded with facts and legislation but clear practical “go away and do it advice “ Just the way I train

I am autistic and prefer to learn by reading content rather than listening. Despite this, I had to wait for each video to finish even when I had read through the transcript and felt confident about taking on board the information. I would prefer the course to have fewer videos and more text based or interactive sections.
